F3A rules state the maximum voltage is 4.299 
For practice and non-regulated events charging to 4.35 is probably undetectable.
Note: This may require a charger capable of HV charging above 4.2 volts per cell to get maximum mAh.
It is OK to charge to 4.2 volts and use normally.

Note the following;

High Voltage cells can be charged to a maximum of 4.35 volts per cell. Normal voltage cells are charged to 4.2 volts per cell.
The capacity of this pack is dependent on the charge.

 

 Note:

The difference between the 4.2v per pack and the legal limit of 4.5 volts per pack for AMA Pattern rules Classes Sportsman thru Master makes a huge difference in the capacity in the pack. These are proven to be the new "Gold Standard" of lipos for the highest performance.
