Gator-RC Hardware 15mm Aluminum Control Horn with Bearing Clevis 

The size of the control rod that fits into the end of the clevis is 1.75 good for anything from a 2mm thread up 3MM if drilled.

It has enough material to be drilled to fit up to a 3mm rod. The hole measures 2.05mm
The horn length is 15mm
Hardware that passes thru the bearing are all 2mm
includes a 2 x 12mm screw with lock nut and a 2mm plastic bearing to stop the side of the clevis from rubbing against the side of the inside clevis
A 3mm x 20mm flat head screw is what secures the horn and passes thru the hard point on the control surface.
A 3mm x 12mm countersunk washer is also included.
